Before you start
You need an active IPTVLOAD subscription or a 24-hour IPTV free trial. Your email contains either an M3U link and Xtream Codes details (server URL, username, password) or, for MAG boxes, a portal address.
Step-by-step: MAG box
- Find your MAC addressOn the MAG box go to Settings → System Settings → Device Info. The MAC address starts with 00:1A:79.
- Request your trial or subscription with that MACOn the IPTVLOAD form choose 'MAG or similar' and enter the MAC address. Your email will contain a portal URL instead of a login.
- Enter the portal addressGo to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals. Enter the portal URL from your email as Portal 1 and save.
- Reboot the boxHold the power button or unplug the box for ten seconds. On restart the IPTVLOAD line-up loads automatically.
- Enjoy the built-in guideThe MAG interface shows live TV, EPG, films and series with no extra apps.

Which MAG models work?
MAG 250, 254, 256, 322, 324, 420, 520 and 540, plus similar Stalker/Ministra devices such as Formuler boxes.
I get 'portal not available'
Check the portal URL is typed exactly, including http:// and /c/ at the end, then reboot. If it still fails contact support with your MAC.
